Motorcyclist dies following a crash at Port Macquarie

Shortly after 8am 15-04-20, emergency services were called to the intersection of Pacific Drive and Bangalay Road, Port Macquarie, following reports a motorcycle and truck had collided.

The male motorcyclist died at the scene.

The male truck driver was uninjured and taken to Port Macquarie Base Hospital for mandatory testing.

An investigation is underway into the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is urged to come forward.

Pacific Drive is closed between Ocean Drive and Livingstone Road, drivers are urged to avoid the area.
