Wauchope Men’s Shed receives vital funding for workshops
The Wauchope Men’s Shed has received vital funding to make its workshop safer for its members. The community organisation says the upgrades are sorely needed.
The Wauchope Mens Shed operates as a place for the men to come into and work on projects which help bring meaning and purpose to their lives.
The Shed promotes positive contributions, participation and awareness of problems such as Dementia.
Some time ago the Port Macquarie-Hastings Council helped the Wauchope Men’s Shed to relocate to its current premise at Wauchope Showground.
