Extra $20 million for job creation in Port Macquarie

An extra $20 million will be spent on job creation via new projects in the Port Macquarie / Hastings area to help grow the region economy in the post-covid economic environment.

An extra $20 million will be spent by PMHC on projects in Port Macquarie to help grow jobs in the region.

The new jobs will be mainly in construction but there will also be a focus on creating opportunities for women in the retail sector says Port Macquarie Mayor Peta Pinson.
